Cumberland County in central North Carolina... * Until 1230 AM EDT * At 944 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a heavy tropical rain band across the warned area. A rainfall swath of 3 to 5 inch inches of rain have already fallen in an arc towards Coats, Erwin, and Dunn. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
