...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN BRADFORD COUNTY...
At 132 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain has
moved into western Bradford County. Up to two inches of rain has
already fallen. Additional heavy rain is expected to move back into
southeast Bradford county and cause additional flood problems this
afternoon. Persons in flood prone areas should be prepared to take
quick action to protect life and property.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wilmot, Hollenback, New Albany, Overton, Sugar Run, South Branch,
Browntown and Evergreen.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
