CENTRAL POTTAWATOMIE AND SOUTHWESTERN MCCLAIN COUNTIES...
At 115 PM CDT, local officials reported flood waters entering Alex
City Hall and up to two to three feet deep in some areas. Up to
three inches of rain have already fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of one inch are possible in the warned
area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
