* At 551 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the area. Up to two inches of rain have already
fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Columbia, Severn, Elkridge, Ellicott City, Savage-guilford,
Scaggsville, Ilchester, Linthicum, Jessup, Savage, Fulton,
Highland, Hanover, Simpsonville, Clarksville and Harmans.
