due to flooding in Washington County.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Washington County Indiana,
specifically areas in and around Salem. This is a PARTICULARLY
DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Salem, Campbellsburg, Little York, Livonia, Saltillo, Kossuth,
Smedley, Claysville, South Boston and Hitchcock.
