The National Weather Service in Springfield has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Ozark County in southwestern Missouri...
  Taney County in southwestern Missouri...

* Until 1145 PM CDT Saturday

* At 1131 AM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flash
  flooding across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Widespread 
  excessive rainfall will again move into the region this afternoon, 
  causing additional flooding.

This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water
crossings...
Highway 176 near Rockaway Beach...
Highway 95 at Bryant Creek just east of Rockbridge...
Highway 76 at Beaver Creek southwest of Bradleyville...
Route AA at Swan Creek northwest of Taneyville...
and Highway 125 at Shoal Creek south of Protem.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
