* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast California, including the following 
  county, Inyo.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Rises in small streams and normally dry washes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 135 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
    to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches
    of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bishop, Independence, Big Pine, Lone Pine, Sawmill Creek
    Campground, Taboose Creek Campground, Goodale Creek
    Campground, Tinemaha Campground, Independence Creek
    Campground, Baker Creek Campground, Glacier View Campground,
