Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from 11 AM to 7 PM CDT Friday.

* Affected Area...In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 076, 086, 087,
  098, 100, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 114. This is all
  of southeast missouri.

* Winds...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 24 percent.

* 10 Hour Fuels...as low as 6 percent.

* Impacts...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
