THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Periods of snow will continue today and increase in 
  coverage again tonight.  Additional snow accumulations up to 1/2 
  inch today and 1 to 3 inches late tonight and Thursday morning.  
  Locally heavier amounts are expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road 
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday 
  evening and Thursday morning commutes.
