* WHAT...The heaviest rain has ended. However, small stream flooding 
  caused by excessive rainfall earlier today is expected to continue 
  this evening.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Oregon, including the following 
  counties, Coos and Douglas.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways as well as possible land and rock 
  slides.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 655 PM PDT, Excessive rainfall from earlier today is
    causing small stream flooding with land and rock slides.
    Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Water still may
    be over roadways and roads remain closed in some areas.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected
    over the area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Roseburg, Coos Bay, Sutherlin, Reedsport, North Bend,
    Winston, Coquille, Bandon, Myrtle Point, Lakeside, Drain,
    Yoncalla, Eagleview Campground, Tyree Campground, Umpqua,
    Loon Lake, Scottsburg, Winchester, Roseburg North and Camas
