13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Numerous Spotters have reported flooding and road closures. Traveling through this area may be very difficult to impossible due to road closures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1231 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches is expected in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
