* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile 
  vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. Damaging winds 
  may topple a few trees and possibly knock out some power lines. 
  Damage to weaker structures is also possible. Aviation interests 
  may experience localized but extreme turbulence, or strong 
  downward airflows if flying in the near the Guadalupe Mountains.
