13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and north central
Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 429 PM EST, emergency management reported heavy rain in
the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and
4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Louisville, Lexington, Georgetown, Frankfort, Jeffersonville,
New Albany, Winchester, Shelbyville, Madison and Paris.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
