  accumulations between 5 and 7 inches north of I-10, and 3 to 5 
  inches from I-10 to the coast. Ice accumulations possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west 
  central Louisiana and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of 
  snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic 
  power outages. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
