  Carolina...

* Until 500 PM AST.

* At 158 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM AST THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR CAROLINA COUNTY...

At 331 PM AST, Carolina's emergency management director reported 
several areas under flooding across the Municipality of Carolina. 
Some main areas experimenting flooding are: portions of the Roberto 
Clemente Avenue, Carolina Urban square and near Plaza Escorial, 
among other locations.
The Doppler radar estimated between 2 and 4 inches of rain with 
isolated areas up to 5 inches. Although the heavy rain has 
diminished, please continue to heed the remaining road closures.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
