FOR ESTILL, WESTERN LAUREL, MCCREARY, SOUTHEASTERN PULASKI, EASTERN 
ROCKCASTLE, SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE AND WESTERN JACKSON COUNTIES...

At 503 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that showers and 
thunderstorms had moved off to the east; however, excessive runoff 
from previous heavy rainfall will continue to cause flash flooding 
of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
