13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Johnson County in North Central Texas

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent. Numerous roads 
  remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain
    earlier this morning. Heavy rain has ended but flooding
    continues.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mansfield, Burleson, Cleburne, Keene, Joshua, Alvarado,
    Venus, Grandview, Cross Timber, Lake Pat Cleburne, Parker,
    Rio Vista, Briaroaks, Coyote Flats, Sand Flat, Egan and
    Lillian.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
