Strong northwesterly winds and very dry air in its wake will 
bring critical fire weather conditions to all of South Central 
Texas. These conditions will quickly spread eastward, becoming 
widespread. Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph 
will coincide with minimum relative humidity values of 7 to 14 
percent and dry to extremely dry fuels.

* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
