Flooding expected downstream to the Piscataquis River. Water is expected to rise behind the jam upstream along the Pleasant River Road. Social media video of the ice jam shows erratic ice movement and increasing pressure behind the jam. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Milo. - Ice jam located at the Pleasant Street bridge in Milo and continues to shift its placement.
