13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

* Until 715 AM CDT.
* At 625 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
waterspouts was located 7 nm north of South Padre Island, moving
east at 15 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small
hail.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
* Locations impacted include...
South Padre Island and Queen Isabella Causeway.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
