  of 15 to 30 mph with gusts between 35 and 45 mph starting Sunday
  morning and lasting into Monday. Wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph are
  possible along the 395 corridor.

* Humidity...Minimum 7 to 15% Sunday afternoon, with poor

Humidity has increased across northeastern California and far
northwest Nevada this morning with the approaching cold front. 
Rain showers are occurring in some locations already, mainly from

a line from Graeagle to Eagleville will receive rain showers in 
the next couple of hours, so the Red Flag Warning is cancelled.
Winds will remain breezy and may be gusty and erratic near any
