* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 541 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the area. An inch of rain has fallen in the last 
  15 minutes in Baltimore City east of Catonsville. Flash flooding 
  is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Baltimore, Pikesville, Elkridge, Dundalk, Towson, Catonsville,

At 555 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the area. More than an inch 
and a half of rain has been observed in the southwestern quarter of 
Baltimore City in the last 30 minutes, and heavy rain is still 
falling. THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. Stay away from 
floodwaters and MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW!

that heavy rain continues to fall over the area, and another heavy 
area of rain is about to move in. Streams have risen substantially. 
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION and you MUST GET TO 
HIGHER GROUND NOW! DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY AND STAY AWAY FROM ALL WATER! If you can avoid traveling 
right now, it may be best to do so in and near Baltimore City. Flash 
flooding is already occurring.

that heavy rain had fallen over the area. Numerous reports of 2 to 3 
inches of rain in a short period of time have been received, and 
radar estimates more than three inches has fallen in northeast 
Baltimore City. Several reports of flooding have already been 
received. Flash flooding is already occurring and will continue.
