13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

Southwestern Clarke County in east central Mississippi...
* Until 615 AM CST.
* At 416 AM CST, emergency management reported flash flooding across
the warned area including reports several water rescues. Estimated
rainfall amounts so far across the warned area range from 6 to 10
inches.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for De Soto to Shabuta. This is a
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Barnett, Goodwater, De Soto and Shubuta.
Additional rainfall amounts of in excess of one inch are possible in
the warned area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
