* At 631 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Extreme amounts of flash 
  flooding are occurring in the warning area with numerous roads 
  closed, and many homes and businesses are being threatened.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for the Columbia to Hattiesburg 
area. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND
