* At 724 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado
  was located near Cascade, or 20 miles southwest of Dubuque, moving
  northeast at 35 mph.

  This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
