The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out
  20 NM...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...

* Until 845 PM CDT.

* At 719 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts 
  was located 11 nm southwest of Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, or 15 nm 
  south of Mary Esther, moving east at 30 knots. Other strong storms to 
  the west will move east across the same general area.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Okaloosa Deep Water Reef and Oriskany Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
