...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations up to two 
  tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Cheboygan, Emmet, and Presque Isle Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on 
  power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting 
  power outages. Difficult to impossible travel conditions are 
  likely due to widespread impassible roads from downed trees, tree 
  limbs, power lines, and power poles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra 
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. 
Prepare for possible power outages.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use 
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
