* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, seas 14 to 19 ft at 15 seconds 
  and south winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. For the 
  Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 10 to 15 
  ft at 13 seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up 
  to 35 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon 
  OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon 
  OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. Hazardous 
  Seas Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 4 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts have decreased below gales early
  Friday morning but are forecast to raise back to gales by mid-
  Friday morning.

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires

 to 15 ft. Strong ebb current of 5.65 kt at 452 PM Friday. Seas 12
 to 15 ft. Strong ebb current of 6.24 kt at 517 AM Saturday. Seas
 12 to 13 ft.
