* WHAT...For the Storm Warning, seas 20 to 25 ft at 15 seconds 
  and south winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt. For the 
  Gale Warning, seas 19 to 24 ft at 14 seconds and southwest 
  winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from 10 
  to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Storm Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. Gale 
  Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which 
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Storm Warning means winds of 48 to 63 knots are imminent or
occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in port, or take
shelter until winds and waves subside. Commercial vessels should
prepare for very strong winds and dangerous sea conditions, and
consider remaining in port or taking shelter in port until winds
and waves subside.

  with seas 17 to 19 ft. Ebb current of 5.44 kt at 436 AM Friday 
  with seas 18 to 20 ft. Strong ebb current of 5.65 kt at 452 PM 
  Friday with seas 17 to 19 ft.
