...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 10 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, North wind between 15 and
  20 knots with gusts to 25 knots this evening. For the Dense Fog
  Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less 
  Tuesday morning.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Port Fourchon LA to Lower 
  Atchafalaya River LA out 20 nm, Coastal waters from the 
  Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to Port Fourchon 
  Louisiana out 20 NM and Coastal Waters from Boothville LA to 
  Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Tuesday. 
  For the Dense Fog Advisory, from 3 AM to 10 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
  visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
