* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
  visibility to less than 1 nm. For the Small Craft Advisory, seas seas
  4 to 7 ft. For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 20 to 25 kt 
  with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Fire Island Inlet NY to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Friday. For 
  the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale 
  Warning, from 6 AM to 6 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Low 
  visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
