* WHAT...Visibility of a quarter-mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Maine and central 
  and southern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog continues to move inland from the 
  coastline through the evening, and persists through the overnight 
  hours into Thursday morning.
