Intense snowfall rates and winds of 50 to 70 mph will reduce visibility to zero at times. While actual snow amounts will be relatively modest, travel will be difficult to dangerous as the snow falls. Snow will end rapidly west to east Wednesday afternoon. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute. Very strong winds and wet snow accumulations may damage trees and power infrastructure, resulting in power outages. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
