...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Wind Advisory, south to southwest winds 15 to 
  20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For the second Wind Advisory, west 
  to northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, northwest Louisiana, 
  southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 4 AM CDT Wednesday. For 
  the second Wind Advisory, from 9 AM to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
