...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 7 PM CDT 
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east 
  central, and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Power outages will be possible. Travel will be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of falling snow with these 
  strong winds will result in blizzard conditions at times, 
  especially during the morning hours Wednesday when the combination 
  of the heaviest snowfall will coincide with the strongest winds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must 
drive.
