Winds will turn northwest and continue to decrease across southwest 
Utah and Lower Washington County overnight. Gusts to around 40 mph 
remain possible through 4 AM.

...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 50 mph. 
  Isolated gusts to around 60 mph possible near the Raft River 
  Mountains

* WHERE...Great Salt Lake Desert and Mountains.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT today.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and 
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for 
  high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong cross winds can be expected along I-80 
  across western Utah, and especially along Highway 30 near the Raft 
  River Mountains where winds will likely be strongest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high 
profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers. Use extra caution.

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around 
or damaged by the wind.
