...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH 
WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest 
  and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and 
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for 
  high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If the front bringing the strong winds can 
  move through quicker then blowing dust may accompany the frontal 
  passage. Blowing snow leading to some whiteout conditions is 
  forecast through the duration of the high winds as well.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.

Fasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe location prior to 
the onset of winds.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
