...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations
mainly between 2 and 5 inches. North winds will gust at least 50
  to 60 MPH.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east
  central, and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile at times due to

make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The
hazardous conditions will likely impact the Wednesday morning
commute. Very strong winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Despite the wet nature of the snow, very

snow drifts possible across parts of the Watch area Wednesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for possible blizzard conditions. Continue to monitor the
latest forecasts for updates on this situation.
