into Wednesday. Strong winds are likely with this system with gusts
up to 60 MPH possible, along with the threat for snow and blowing 
snow. Whiteout to near whiteout conditions may develop Tuesday night 
into Wednesday morning. Snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches are 
possible in the watch area.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and 
  blowing snow. Whiteout or near whiteout conditions are possible 
  and may make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. 
  Plan on slippery road conditions. Strong winds could cause tree 
  damage.
