...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT 
THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations 
  between 2 and 4 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 
  mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east 
  central, and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Strong 
  winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Despite fairly modest snowfall amounts of 2 
  to 4 inches currently forecast, blowing and drifting snow will 
  likely result in significant snow drifts across the local area 
  Wednesday.
