Some streams will continue rising to near bankfull in the Advisory area. This includes Richland Creek in and near the Waynesville, where a stream gauge is expected to exceed the action stage of 6 feet for a couple of hours this morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 542 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Nuisance flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, but additional rainfall is expected to be light. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
