* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall will be possible.

* WHERE...The following county, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn and 
  the following counties, in Ohio, Butler, Clinton, Fayette, Ross 
  and Warren.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to 
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop. 
Monitor the latest forecasts and be alert for possible flood 
warnings.
