...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY 
EVENING...

* WHAT...West to southwest winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 
  mph possible.

* WHERE...Western portions of north central Texas.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees, power lines, and 
  damage property. Power outages are possible. Travel could be 
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Fasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe location, and 
remove weak tree branches that could damage property, prior to the 
onset of strong winds.
