...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING 
THROUGH LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 10 
  and 20 inches possible with locally higher amounts of 2 to 3 feet 
  in locally favored areas such as the Upper Cottonwoods and Brian 
  Head.

* WHERE...The Wasatch Mountains, Western Uinta Mountains, Wasatch 
  Plateau/Book Cliffs, Central Mountains, and Southern Mountains.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected.
