...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE ACROSS WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING...

.A record warm airmass with highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s,
combined with afternoon dew points dropping into the 20s, will
lead to humidity values falling to 15 to 25 percent by late
afternoon. West winds will increase through the afternoon with 
gusts up to 35 mph by early evening. These conditions will lead to
the potential for critical thresholds being met.

MINNESOTA...

The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a Fire
Weather Watch, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through 
Monday evening. 

* AFFECTED AREA...West central Minnesota.

* WIND...West increasing to 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...15 to 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are possible. Listen for later forecasts and possible Red Flag 
Warnings.
