* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 
  9 inches. Isolated higher totals of 10 inches or more are 
  possible, especially near the Missouri River.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Nebraska and south central and 
  southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions 
  could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
