...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT 
TO 8 PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 5 inches 
  possible. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. Blowing snow is 
  possible.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast 
  Webster Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. 
  Strong winds could cause tree damage.
