* WHERE...In Kansas, Atchison KS County. In Missouri, Buchanan, De 
  Kalb, Gentry, and Worth Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 5 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions expected. Travel will likely be 
  extremely hazardous. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree 
  damage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
