* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter to one 
  half mile in dense fog. For the first High Wind Watch, southwest 
  winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. For the 
  second High Wind Watch, northwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up 
  to 70 mph possible.

* WHERE...In Oklahoma, Cimarron County. In Texas, Dallam, Hartley, 
  and Oldham Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM CST Monday. For the 
  first High Wind Watch, from Monday morning through Monday evening. 
  For the second High Wind Watch, from Tuesday morning through 
  Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles. Low visibility could make 
  driving conditions hazardous.
