...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM MST /MIDNIGHT 
CST/ THIS EVENING TO 8 AM MST /9 AM CST/ FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest 
  and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 11 PM MST /midnight CST/ this evening to 8 AM MST /9 
  AM CST/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin 
  is exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure 
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills 
inside.
